Used Gem – Heckler & Koch P9S .45acp 10/3/15…
When some weapons walk through your door, you just have to smile. The Heckler & Koch P9S .45acp is a rare find. The 9mm version of this sidearm is still common but not the .45acp version. The P9S trigger operates as a DA/SA. There is a lever on the left side of the pistol grip to both decock a cocked hammer or to manually re-cock it for a single action first shot. A further function of the decocking lever is to release the slide stop. The hammer is concealed within the slide with a protruding pin at the rear of the slide as a cocking indicator. The operating spring surrounds the barrel. A manual safety is located at the left rear of the slide and the magazine release is heel-mounted. The serial numbers for the beginning of manufacturing for this weapon in .45acp start at 400,000. This weapon’s serial starts with 406,XXX. She comes with the Owners Manual, 3 magazines and a nice shoulder rig that (conveniently) has the double mag pouch on the right side to counter balance the weapon. It’s sweet when weapons like this walk through my door. As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
