Good morning all. The shop has a nice treat today for all of the wheel gun fanatics out there. Just in, are two very hard to find .22lr revolvers from Smith & Wesson. The Smith & Wesson Model 617 is a 6″ Barreled, 10 Shot, Stainless Steel K Framed Revolver chambered in .22lr. She has a full lug and feels great in your hand thanks to a nice comfy set of rubber grips. Adjustable sights make this gentle giant great at the range.
Next up is the smaller counterpart in the Smith & Wesson Model 63. This is a 3″ Barreled, 8 Shot, Stainless Steel J Framed Revolver chambered in .22lr. Adjustable rear sights and a nice high viz fiber optic front sight make the sight picture extremely friendly. Even though this weapon is small in stature, the rubber grips easily support a full handed grasp which is a nice surprise. For those of you that like a revolver and are always looking for the hard to find .22lr’s, here they are. As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
