Slide Fire SSAR-22 Kit for Ruger 10/22 on 9/29/15…

Good afternoon all and Happy Tuesday!  Seems odd to write Happy Tuesday, but all days should come with a smile at some point!  Today brings an accessory into the shop that I’ve never carried before.  The SLIDE FIRE SSAR-22 Kit includes the SSAR-15 OGR Stock, 3 lb. trigger, upper rail , lower receiver and the TAC-22 chassis system.  This is NOT a weapon, so it doesn’t require a serial number.  It does require you to have a Ruger 10/22 to make the system work.  The installation is simple with no permanent modifications necessary to your existing Ruger 10/22.  This accessory is BATFE approved.  There are 4 steps to rapid fire, once your kit has been installed on your existing 10/22.  Engage the SLIDE FIRE by turning the lock pin on the stock.  Engage the trigger keeping your forefinger in place on the finger rest of the SAR-15 OGR.  Push Forward with your opposite hand on the hand guard, so that once enough pressure has been applied the trigger will be engaged.  The last step is RECOIL allowing the trigger to reset. Simply reapply forward movement to fire the next round.  The shop always has Ruger 10/22’s in stock as well as the BX-25 and BX-25 X2 mags.  All you need is a 10/22 to put into this system and cheek muscles that will handle a BIG grin on your face.  As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
