SIG 1911 Emperor Scorpion & SIG P220 Carry SAS Gen2 3/26/16…

Good afternoon all.  Just a couple of nice handguns to think about before I close down the shop at 3pm today in preparation of Easter.  The shop has a soft spot in its heart for 1911’s and the one we just got in from Sig Sauer is worth good look if you are in the market for a modern iteration of one of our country’s most time honored machines.  The SIG 1911 Emperor Scorpion .45acp is beauty and the beast all wrapped up into one package.  With a 5″ barrel, Skeletonized combat hammer and trigger, front cocking serrations, M1913 rail, Piranha textured G-10 grips and Low-profile Night Sights…there are some very nice features on this weapon.  She has a beautiful custom Flat Dark Earth Cerakote on the frame and slide to finish her off.  This weapon is a home run from Sig Sauer.

While, the 1911 above was beauty and the beast, this next entry is just BEAST.  The SIG P220 Carry SAS Gen2  .45acp is an awesome tool to have in your toolbox.  The P220 Carry SAS Gen 2 features a melt treatment on frame & slide, SRT Trigger System, short trigger, SIGLITE Night Sights, and black polymer grips. The slide features an engraved SIG SAUER Custom Shop logo. This P220 Carry pistol from the SIG SAUER Custom Shop has gone through a radical dehorning process resulting in an ultra smooth, snag free profile that’s ideal for concealed carry.  I’m a huge fan of the P220 line to begin with and this weapon is an awesome addition to the lineup this year from SIG.
