RUGER 10/22 50th Anniversary Rifles 7/22/14…

Good afternoon all.  It’s probably not a surprise for those of you who read the blog regularly, but we have more Ruger 10/22’s in stock!  These are the Ruger 10/22 50th Anniversary Rifles and the process of how these rifles came to be is interesting.  In late 2013, Ruger invited fans to submit ideas for their ideal 50th Anniversary 10/22. Ten contest finalists were put to a vote on the Ruger website and, after almost 40,000 votes were tallied, the winner emerged and you have the rifles that you see in the photo below.  The contest winning rifle, available only in 2014, takes the legendary action and renowned, reliable rotary magazine of the 10/22 and combines them with the best features of other popular Ruger rifles. The result is a fun, versatile .22 rifle that has features like the same rifle sights from the Ruger Mini Rifles, an accessory rail that runs the full length of the stainless steel receiver and extends out on top of the barrel, threaded stainless steel barrel and black muzzle brake, and interchangeable cheek rests that pop in and out of the synthetic stock.  These weapons feel right when you pick them up and you can’t argue with the price.  There are two of them in the middle of the photo below.
