Rare Finds – Walther KKJ .22Hornet & H&K 630 .223Rem 6/1/16…

HK 630 and Walther KKJGood afternoon all and Happy Hump Day!!!  I’ve been taking in pieces from a high end collection for the last two weeks.  It’s time to start telling you about them!  There are going to be some rare, high end, German firearms coming out today.  This post is just a warmup and it’s a great way to start!

Walther KKJThe Walther KKJ (Kleinkaliber Jagd, small bore hunt) bolt action rifle chambered in .22 Hornet was introduced in 1957 and this rifle was manufactured in 1973 (pictured at the bottom of the photo above).  These weapons are easily identifiable by the double set triggers and an extended five shot magazine that sits flush with the trigger guard.  For those of you that know the weapon, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer example of a 42 year old rifle.  These rifles are extremely rare and she’s in immaculate shape.  She is priced at $1700.00 before tax and background.

HK 630The second weapon in this post is the Heckler & Koch Model 630 Hunting Rifle.  This weapon was manufactured in 1982.  This is a semi-automatic magazine fed beauty that has been stalked by all of the collectors of German firearms I know.  They were made in multiple calibers from .22lr all the way up to .308win and this one is chambered in .223rem.  She is in beautiful shape and is also priced at $1700 before tax and background.  There is more to come today so stay tuned!  As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
