The Kel-Tec RDB just landed in the shop! This is the first one of these I’ve seen to date and it seems like Kel-Tec got the bullpup format done right!  This is their new release 5.56mm version with a 20″ barrel and an overall length of just 30 inches.  This makes the Kel-Tec RDB a short rifle with a decent reach on it, and don’t forget light as well.  She’s got a lot going for her.  Its downward shell ejection system eliminates the side ejection disadvantage of ordinary bullpups. The result is casings that eject out of your line of sight and a truly ambidextrous, high performance rifle.

When you think about the price points of comparable bullpup 5.56 rifles out there in the market place, this Kel-Tec RDB starts looking pretty sweet indeed.
