Gunshine received some great inventory today. Before I get started on the firearms that came in, I just want to say that WE HAVE .22LR IN STOCK. Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming. Those of you who know the shop also know that I have a soft spot in my heart for .45’s. We got two fantastic sidearms chambered in .45ACP today.
First, the FNX-45 TACTICAL FDE made by FN Herstal is back. Improving on the FNP™-45 Tactical, developed for the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol Program, the FNX™-45 Tactical is the latest in technological advancements in handgun engineering, offering .45 ACP performance and a host of unique features that no other handgun can match. The checkered polymer frame is offered in Black and Flat Dark Earth and has a low-bore axis for reduced felt recoil and enhanced operator control. Two interchangeable backstraps come standard to quickly customize the grip feel. All operating controls are fully ambidextrous for ease of use. The 5.3″ cold hammer-forged, stainless steel barrel has a threaded muzzle to accept sound suppressors, compensators and other accessories. The stainless steel slide has high-profile combat night sights and includes two mounting bases to accept multiple styles of optional red-dot electronic sights.
Next, we have the Springfield Armory 1911 Operator Loaded MC chambered in .45ACP. The Springfield Armory® operator pistol was the first pistol offered by a major 1911 manufacturer having a light-mounting rail forged directly into the frame. While others have followed our lead, we still offer the most comprehensive line of 1911 light-rail guns available. The Standard Picatinny mounting platform readily accepts the most popular whitelight and laser illumination devices used by military spec-ops and law enforcement tactical teams. These fully-capable extreme-duty firearms are truly the best of the best.
Finally, we have a weapon that the shop hasn’t seen since February. The Walther PPQM2 chambered in 9mm is back. The PPQ M2 is a true breakthrough in ergonomics for self-defense handguns. The sculpted grip meshes smoothly into the hand. The trigger is the finest ever on a polymer, striker-fired handgun. The styling is elegant and trim. What’s more, PPQ M2 has been updated for 2013 with a new traditional reversible mag release button. The leading edge just took another step forward.
