Colt Defender 1911 .45acp at Gunshine Arms on 2/12/14…

Good afternoon all.  It’s been a good month for Colt firearms in the shop and we got another good one in today.  The Colt Defender 1911 pistol chambered in .45acp.  The Colt Defender offers power and performance every time.  This package is an excellent choice for concealed carry. With Novak sights and a Colt Upswept Beavertail Grip Safety, this pistol will provide an exceptional hold and quick target acquisition. The Colt Defender is an accurate and reliable workhorse able to withstand the rigors of everyday carry and numerous trips to the target range.  This weapon is as comfortable in the hand as she is pretty to look at.  She features Novak Low Mount Carry Sights with Dots, Enhanced Hammer, Standard Safety Lock, Colt Upswept Beavertail Grip Safety, 3-Hole Aluminum Trigger, and a Lowered and Flared Ejection Port.  With a  3″ barrel, she is compact and powerful at the same time.
