Sig Sauer P220 Elite Emperor Scorpion 10mm…

 

Badassery has a name…and it’s a long one!  The Sig Sauer P220 Elite Emperor Scorpion 10mm is the newest iteration of the Elite Framed P220’s in 10mm and it’s in the action I look for as well…DA/SA.  I’ve had a good run of getting my hands on the other DA/SA 10mm’s for you guys in the past.  That oiled bronze look you see is a PVD coating which is extremely durable.  The details on this weapon are fantastic.

Starting with the railed stainless steel Elite Frame which has the full beavertail enabling you to comfortably shoot this hand cannon, moving up to the 5″ barrel and stainless steel slide with SigLite Night Sights coming standard.  The black G10 Grips come with their own rear strap traction and there is some nice front strap checkering on the frame from the factory giving you a very traction friendly handle on this beast.  The crown jewel of all of these Sig weapons is the SRT (short reset trigger).  You will not find a happier reset on any DA/SA weapon anywhere.  It puts a toothy grin on my face and I have trigger snob in my blood at this point with all of the weapons I handle on a regular basis.  The end result is an appropriately heavy (and comfortable) beavertail framed weapon with great grip traction, a ridiculous trigger, a durable and badass coating chambered in the hand cannon caliber of 10mm.  This is the first wave of these to hit daylight and they aren’t going to make many of them.  Everything in the shop sells below MSRP and this is no exception but it has a price tag worthy of its construction.
