Sig Sauer 1911 Traditional TACOPS .45acp on 03/29/17…

 

Good afternoon all and Happy Humpday!  It’s been a busy receiving day and I’m trying to keep up.  This 1911 is a favorite of mine.  The Sig Sauer 1911 Traditional TACOPS has a boatload of nice features, but to me this weapon is all about the contrasts.  The top of the slide is dehorned and the underside of the frame has the tactical rail for accessories.  The Ergo XT Grips (traction friendly) cover the stainless steel magwell which funnels any of the four 8 round magazines into place.  This weapon has both and ambi safety and the standard beavertail 1911 safety.  Low profile night sights round out the Round Top Traditional Slide.  She’s chambered in .45acp.  This is a 1911 that’s all about business.  As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
