New Springfield XD Mod.2 9mm 4″ on 9/10/15…

 

 

Good evening all.  Brand new weapon from Springfield Armory came into the shop today.  The newest release is the Springfield XD Mod.2 9mm 4″.  The little sub-compact XD Mod.2 that Springfield Armory released some months ago was such a hit that they just added the Compact size with the 4″ barrel.  These weapons are a nice amalgam of the older XD line and the newer XDM/XDS line.  They took the XD frame and improved the grip profile, put on some nice high viz fiber optic sights (courtesy of the XDS) and gave the old line a facelift.  The result is a very nice 4″ barreled, 16+1 capacity pistol at an affordable price.  As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
