CZ Scorpion EVO 9mm and GLOCK 43 on 5/15/15…

 

 

Good afternoon all and Happy Friday!  Today brings two 9mm pistols into the shop that should catch everyones eye.   Our never-ending stream of GLOCK 43’s continues today but first we are going to look at the CZ Scorpion EVO as it’s the only one I’ve ever seen.  Finally available for public consumption is the much anticipated Scorpion sub-gun. Imported as a pistol, it is a blowback-operated semi-auto in 9mm with a short 7¾” barrel. Equipped with newly designed low-profile sights, its rear sight has four different aperture sizes for everything from close quarters to way out there. The sights ride on an 11” Picatinny rail perfect for mounting optics.  Simple and reliable, the Scorpion not only has ambidextrous controls, its non-reciprocating charging handle is swappable and reach to the trigger is adjustable.  A semi-auto pistol version of the famous Scorpion EVO 3 A1, this Scorpion is awesome on the range and makes a great home defense firearm.

Next up is another of the new GLOCK 43 pistols.  These single stack 9mm concealed carry sidearms have been taking the firearms world by storm.  The shop continues to get great feedback from the clients who purchased them and the new GLOCK 43 is shaping up to be the watermark by which all concealed carry 9mm pistols will be judged.  Come by and put one in your hand and see what all the fuss is about.
