IWI TAVOR, REMINGTON 700VTR, REMINGTON 870 TACTICAL, WALTHER P22 are at the shop and ready to go!

We received some great inventory here at Gunshine Arms today.  The first one on the list is a first for Gunshine.  The IWI TAVOR:

Due to the dynamic changes in the battlefield, the threats of global terrorism and the demanding combat situations, there was a need for a versatile, innovative and technologically advanced weapon. The TAVOR Assault Rifle family was created to answer these adversities, thus distinguishing itself as the ultimate weapon of the 21st century. The TAVOR Assault Rifle family was developed in close cooperation with Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The TAVOR is in service in the IDF infantry troops and special forces as well as in other countries throughout the world. The TAVOR family has excellent performances on the battlefield with high precision, reliability and human ergonomics being its leading characteristics.

 

Next, we have the Remington 700VTR chambered in .308.  A fusion of our most advanced performance features, the Model 700™ (VTR™) is a revolutionary system optimized for extended-range precision and mobility. Its triangular barrel contour is a product of years of rigorous research and development focused on reducing weight, enhancing rigidity and promoting rapid heat dissipation.  To decrease recoil and muzzle jump, this uniquely contoured 22″ barrel has an integral muzzle brake that’s machined-in during production. Along with the new barrel design, we brought together a host of other cutting-edge features on our super accurate Model 700 platform. The results are nothing short of astounding.

 

The third entry into the shop today is a Remington 870 Tactical shotgun chambered in 12 gauge.  Those who know me, know I have a soft spot in my heart for a nice 12 gauge.  This weapon certainly qualifies.  Remington tactical shotguns are rugged, ultra-dependable and continually evolve as they’re called to serve in new, increasingly demanding environments. Built on our legendary pump action that’s become the gold standard for high-risk applications, the Model 870™ Tactical with a quick pointing 18 1/2″ barrel and a full 7 rounds of 2 3/4″ or 3″ 12-gauge firepower with the factory installed 2-shot extension.

 

Finally, we have the Walther P22 Pistol which arrived in OD Green.  Walther adapted the tactical styling and Performance Design concepts from its centerfire handguns and applied them to the .22 L.R. This created a new movement in the design of contemporary rimfire handguns … and an explosion of imitators. There is only one original.
