PISTOL GUNFIGHTER

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Pistol Gunfighter is a 1 day live fire course of instruction from former SOCOM Operators with an intensive approach to manipulating the pistol while in the fight. The course will begin with a solid review of fundamentals. The guts of the course will enable the gunfighter to begin utilizing the weapon with a sense of purpose, focusing on speed, accuracy, and improved dexterity. Special Operations instructors will start to ingrain the vigilant mindset into gunfighters thought process by introducing the basic concept of violence of action and combat decision making.
END STATE:
Gunfighters will walk away with higher pistol capabilities, an increased confidence in both hard and soft skills, and a baseline knowledge of gaining the tactical advantage through vigilance during the fight.

- Tac reloads
- Mag changes
- Malfunction drills
- Target acquisition
- Engaging from cover/concealment
PRE REQS:
- A solid understanding of weapons safety. (Safety is paramount, we take it very seriously)
- Familiar with handgun manipulation.
