Friday Trivia Quiz 10/31/14…

Good morning all and Happy Halloween!  It’s that time again!  There will be only one winner and when the Trivia Question has been answered successfully and the game is finished, I will update the Blog.  Todays quiz will be answered correctly by the first person to walk into the shop that can successfully answer todays question.  Today’s Trivia Quiz question is as follows:

Please explain to me what the OODA Loop is, and which branch of the armed services (it was a Colonel in one of the branches) came up with this loop to help their service men and women when engaging an enemy.  The prize for today’s Trivia Quiz winner is one 50rd box of 115gr 9mm FMJ ammunition.
