ELCAN Raffle to benefit Navy SEAL Memorial…

IMG_6550Good morning all!  Some of you may have seen the post from right before Memorial Day about the raffle that I’m running for an ELCAN Specter DR (Dual Role Optical Sight) 5.56mm.  The value of this optic is $2600.00.  The Raffle will benefit the Navy Seal Memorial in Ft. Pierce.  Gunshine Arms is now an Armament Technology Inc. dealer.  This is great news as ATI makes some of the finest optics available.  The shop now has access to the entire ELCAN line of optics made by ATI.

There are only 16 tickets remaining for sale at $100/ticket out of the 50 tickets total.  I was originally going to donate $2400.00 to the Memorial (the difference between the value of the optic and the amount of tickets sold) but I expected these tickets to be sold already.  I’m upping the donation from $2400 to $3000 that will be going to the Navy SEAL UDT Memorial in order to generate enough interest to get these remaining tickets sold!

Slide1Just to lend a little perspective, the Navy SEAL UDT Museum (https://www.navysealmuseum.org) is literally the birthplace of the Navy Seals.  The NCDU and the UDT Teams all received training prior to WWII at the Amphibious Naval Base in Ft. Pierce which is where the Navy Seal Museum resides today.  The Navy SEAL UDT Memorial is the only memorial on earth devoted specifically to the fallen SEAL and UDT Team members.

The donation will be delivered to the Memorial as soon as the 50th raffle ticket is sold and the drawing will be held at the Museum.  Tickets can be purchased in person at the shop or by phone with a credit card.  Your ticket/receipt will have your name, address, phone number and raffle ticket # on it (01-50) and will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

You can get the specs on the optic being raffled right here.  http://www.armament.com/specter-dr-1x4x   The optic being raffled is Matte Black in color and comes with the Anti-Reflection Device and the Backup Iron Sights.  As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
