BLACKHAWK CUSTOM 10.3 UPPERGood afternoon all.  The shop has made an excellent connection for high end equipment.  Blackhawk Custom LLC does not do a lot of manufacturing for the civilian sector but is slowly opening a door for Gunshine Arms.  Today, we are going to talk about the Blackhawk Custom 10.3″ Complete Upper Receiver.  If you were looking for equipment to contrast against, the MK18 CQBR Upper https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Close_Quarters_Battle_Receiver would be in the same category.  The Blackhawk Custom upper comes with a URX4 Keymod Knight’s Rail which houses a 10.3″ 416R Stainless Steel Barrel Chambered in .223 Wylde and fitted with the Silencerco Trifecta Flash Hider/QD Mount.  This is a Full MilSpec Upper Receiver with engraved T markings, a Bravo Company charging handle, M16 Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group, Carpenter Steel 158 Bolt, 5 Coil Extractor Spring Upgrades, Black O Ring to Crane Specs and a Chrome Silicone Ejector Spring rated to 700,000 rounds.  The BCG and Firing Pin are coated in a proprietary SBS (Special Bolt Sauce) coating that allows this direct impingement rifle to be run bone dry.  It’s always difficult to find real high end custom equipment that can be made to order.  That is what we have here.  The configuration that you see in the photo and read about here can be ordered for $1,500.00 before tax.  Delivery lead time depends upon rail availability from Knights Armament.  Remember that part of the company name is Custom, so if you have something specific in mind for a build please be specific in your inquiry with me at the shop.  Gunshine also has a complete SBR on order from Blackhawk Custom that should be ready in a month or two.  People generally want to have some form of reference for the quality of craftsmanship that they would be potentially purchasing when considering equipment of this dollar value.  Examples of Blackhawk Custom weapons can be seen here https://www.navysealmuseum.org/raffle-blackhawk-charon-m4

As always, thank you for reading the Blog at gunshinearms.com
